How do I place an order?
Browse our collection, pick your favourite pieces, choose your size/colour, and hit “Add to Cart.” When you’re ready, head to checkout and follow the quick steps to complete your order.
For bulk or custom orders, you can DM us anytime on Instagram @habile.ph — we’d love to help.
If you need custom sizing, just include your measurements in the notes section when you place your order so we can make it perfect for you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept GCash and bank transfer. We’re working on adding direct card payments, installments, and more options soon, stay tuned!
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We start preparing orders right away so they reach you as soon as possible. Because of this, all sales are final once an order is placed. If you made a mistake or need help, please reach out to us immediately. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll see what we can do.
Do you offer pre-orders?
Yes! We occasionally open pre-orders for selected pieces. When we do, it will be clearly marked on the product page. Just keep an eye out for the pre-order note or announcement on our social media.
Can I reserve an item before it’s back in stock?
We don’t take reservations, but you can click the “Notify Me When Restocked” button on the product page and we’ll send you an alert as soon as it’s available again. You can also keep an eye on our Instagram @habile.ph for restock announcements and new drops.
Can I apply more than one discount code?
Only one discount code can be applied per order. If you have more than one, choose the one that gives you the best deal!
