We always want you to be happy with your order! Here’s how our return and exchange process works:
Eligibility
We can only accommodate returns or exchanges for items purchased directly from our website.
If there’s an issue, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order so we can assist you right away. When you message us, kindly include your Order Number and Proof of Payment.
Returns
We accept returns only if your item arrives damaged or if we sent the wrong item. Please ensure the piece is unused, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
Once confirmed, we’ll happily arrange a replacement or refund.
If the mistake is on us, we’ll cover the shipping.
Exchanges
Want a different size, color, or another item of the same price? We’ll gladly help you exchange it (subject to availability). Just make sure the item is unused and still has its original tags, labels, and packaging.
Shipping fees for exchanges may apply.
Sale & Discounted Items
All discounted or sale items are final - no returns or exchanges, sorry!
